Annual TPRM Compensation Report

How does your comp stack up against other TPRM professionals?

Nobody publishes good compensation data for third-party risk management. So we're building it — with the TPRM community, refreshed every year. Take the 2-minute survey and see exactly where you stand the moment you submit.

Why we're building this

TPRM has grown into its own discipline, but pay data hasn't kept up. Generic tech salary sites lump third-party risk in with unrelated roles, and the numbers you can find are stale, thin, or behind a paywall. When it's time to ask for a raise, benchmark a new hire, or decide whether an offer is fair, most people are guessing.

So we're gathering it directly from the people doing the work — anonymously — and giving it back to the community. The more practitioners contribute, the sharper the picture gets, and we refresh it every year.
